Erasmus+ NomadTrail Meeting in March 2026

Partners of the Erasmus+NomadTrail project came together on 26th of March 2026 for an in-person meeting at KU Leuven’s De Nayer Campus in Belgium.

Representatives from KU Leuven (Peter Arras, Dennie Jansen and Polina Jansen), Fachhochschule Dortmund (Carsten Wolff and Catrin Randersen) and the University of the Basque Country (Carolina Cruz-Villazón) used the meeting to review the progress of the project and discuss the next steps. The session offered a useful space to exchange updates, clarify ongoing tasks and make sure that all partners are aligned.

The discussion focused on the work carried out so far, as well as upcoming deadlines, deliverables and future events linked to the project. Partners also reflected on how to continue coordinating their contributions and how to support the development of the project in the coming months.

The meeting also helped reinforce the connection between the participating institutions. Meeting face to face allowed the partners to speak more openly, share ideas and build a common understanding of the project’s direction.

For the university community, projects such as Erasmus+ NomadTrail show the value of international cooperation in higher education. They create opportunities for universities to work together across borders, connect academic knowledge with real project work and support new forms of collaboration between students, lecturers and institutions.

The meeting ended with a shared commitment to continue working closely on the next stages of Erasmus+ NomadTrail project and to keep strengthening cooperation between the partner universities.
